The AI's effect on our lives is not always positive.



AI can help us to live more effectively and healthily. The AI that follows things like stock marketing can make people wealthier than ever before.  But does it serve us too much? Things like food delivery robots bring food to our door. And that means that we must not go out anymore. And the loss of exercise can cause problems with health. 

It can observe what we eat and calculate calories, but then we must read and follow those instructions. AI can make a training program that helps to improve our health, but the thing is that it's on us if we follow that program. If we don't follow those things, that thing has no effect. 

The other thing is that we can work at home. And if we have the AI-based investment tool, that thing can guarantee that we will not lose any money in places like stock marketing. The system can follow the advance of stock value, and then it can select the targets, that give maximum profits in a short period. The system can hold those stocks until their value turns lower. 

Things like the Internet can make our lives easy. But then those things can help us to isolate from other people. If we just order things from the net, and then some robot brings that thing to our door, that has a bad influence on our physical conditions. Same way human bishops can also have the same effect. 

So, in the middle of all technology, we must take care of our health. The Internet is a good place to share and get information. But the thing is that we must have abilities to analyze and use that information. In the worst case, the Internet is like Plato's cave, where people search only for information. That supports their own opinions. The creator of information like a web page has responsibility for the information's authentication. 


Or they can recycle old information without bringing new things to those researches. The problem with recycled information is that they don't notice any new tools. There is, as an example time before the JWST and after the JWST in astronomy. That telescope operates for two years, and its calculated lifetime is 20 years. It made researchers rethink the form of the universe. 

When the internet is connected with physical things, that thing makes users sofa potatoes. Automatized vehicles can drive to the front door, and the robot can carry a person into that car. 

The AI can take care that the lights are off when we walk out. It can adjust energy use to a minimum. That is an ecological thing. But the machine rooms and servers require lots of energy. How much do those things produce pollution? That depends on the way, that that system produces its energy. 

When we think about things like the BCI operating prosthesis. Those systems are interesting tools. But then those AI-based things can used to control the man-shaped robots. BCI-controlled exoskeletons can give people super forces. 

The same system can leave people's natural muscles without use. And that increases our addiction to technology. Computers are effective tools until there is some cut in electric delivery. That thing returns us to reality. Nothing works in modern society. 

The computer is useless without electricity. The thing that limits the use of robots is also electricity. The AI  can create artificial DNA, but then it must remove the old DNA from targeted cells, and during that process, the AI must remove the old DNA. The thing is that the BCI-controlled tools can make our lives better. But in the wrong hands, the BCI is the system, that takes all freedom from people. 

The BCI makes it possible to connect the entire human race into one entirety. It can make it possible to create manufacturing tools, that transform imagination into images. And then the AI can turn those images into real things. 

When we think about those things, we must realize, that AI will not change anything, if we don't want that. AI is an ultimate tool, but we cannot benefit from it if we don't follow its instructions. Then we must realize that AI will not go to the gym or joggy for us. When we develop the AI, we must take care of ourselves. Our health and body are similar to they were 2000 years ago.
