Machine learning means that the AI collects a dataset about the behavior of the animals or humans. Then the system uses that dataset as a matrix. It is used to track individuals with similar abilities. The AI can detect people with Alzheimer's or Parkinson's by searching how they behave in certain situations. When we think about things like animal behavior, AI can collect datasets from surveillance camera images. 

The accuracy and extent of the dataset is the thing that limits the accuracy of the AI. If the AI can use multiple sources like medical tests, and the justice system's records. And collect them with surveillance cameras so that the system can make a complete behavior matrix about the person's behavior. 



Then the veterinarian can take a sample of the animal's stress hormone level, and then the AI can search for animals with high stress levels. The type of dataset that the AI uses depends on its sensors. The AI can collect datasets about people's Facebook or other social media use, and then that system can track similar people from the net. 

When we think about people's behavior and how they choose their friends, we must realize that people are looking for similar people who they self are. That means the AI can make people find perfect partners from the net. But the same AI can track drug users and criminals. One thing that might interest people is the data applications that violent people who got convictions because of domestic violence wrote in their date applications. 

So the people who have similar hobbies like each other. The AI doesn't make mistakes. If AI makes mistakes, the reason for that is that there is too little information in the dataset. Or the dataset that AI uses is wrong. There is a possibility that some other person has made the application. 

And that means the AI that is used in data applications can help to track certain types of people from the net. That means the headhunters can use AI to collect good applicants for some works. But they also can use the applications that people who were disappointed made to track people who are making similar things in the workplace.
