The programming determinate the skills of the AI-driven robots

The biggest danger in artificial intelligence is that we are giving that tool to people, who cannot control it. Or people who want to benefit only their good. The AI is the tool that can change everything, and that is one of the biggest challenges, opportunities, and dangers for humans. Artificial intelligence along with SETI and other scientific programs is allowing to sort data.  It can follow millions of objects at the same time. 

The AI sees the changes in the brightness of single stars in that star group. And artificial intelligence can search for minimal changes in values and it can observe things even for years. But it can also give knowledge of how people are learning things. When we are modeling the learning methods for artificial intelligence we are learning something from ourselves. 

The AI bases the open-source databases and modular data and mission packages. And that means this kind of technology is in hands of everybody, who has the skills to make the programs, that are learning things. Artificial intelligence itself doesn't do anything wrong. But the major problem is that when artificial intelligence does something, it doesn't know what it does. 

The biggest threat for people is that people believe that everybody is following orders. Even the cleaner robot can turn into a weapon if some people are changing the programming of that system. The program or the code that controls the entire system determines the use of the robot. 

And if we just believe that every single programmer in the world is willing to make only good things is a purely naive way to see things. Why do we have police? Because people are breaking laws there is needed the law enforcement and crime investigators. We must accept that modern criminals have the technology that makes them more dangerous than ever before. The robots are the ultimate change but they are the ultimate threat. Artificial intelligence is not a robot or either a computer. It's the system that can make solutions independently. 

The program code is the mind of the robots. It's the key element in AI. All skills the AI has been stored in the program code. 

Machine learning means that the system can connect and create the models by benefiting its experiences. The learning machines can work as a group. One of those machines is searching for the solutions, and if the solution is working right. That system can scale that solution to the entire group of machines. The machines are not necessarily physical. They might be the computer programs or algorithms, that are searching data from the internet. 

What is the problem with robot workers or robot warriors? Is the problem that in that case, commanding robots is not so cool as commanding people? Robots ever say against their commands, they can work at high temperature, and all works that people want to give those machines is fitting to them. If some people want to give non-stop nightshifts to robots, that thing is always OK. 

The biggest difference between the human and AI is that the AI is not feeling anything. It just knows what kind of mission it has, and then it finalizes its mission. This makes it a tool that is very hard to stop. Remember that the AI does only things, what it is allowed to learn. The tools that the AI uses determine the abilities that it can do. So the same robot that can operate in Antarctica and put the scientific tools in the ice. Those robots can rescue people from the ultimate fire. But the same robots can work as perfect warriors.
